FUTURE LEADERS | MENTORSHIP & OPPORTUNITIES
Building on from the Future Leaders Summer Programme, our Mentorship and Year-Round Activities develop students through life skills, academic enrichment and other opportunities in order to foster collaboration, promote skills development and self-improvement - building a sense of community among the leaders of tomorrow.
This initiative introduces students to a range of disciplines and makes use of mentors and experts within the community. Our aim is to better equip our Future Leaders with essential life skills, enabling them to exhibit an improved sense of camaraderie, connectedness and embrace individual and collective changes within communities.
Objectives
By the end of the school year, Future Leaders should be able to:
-
Be better equipped in crucial life skills areas based on a consistent desire for self-improvement;
-
Exhibit an improved sense of camaraderie and connectedness with Future Leaders from various year groups;
-
Feel a sense of duty and empowerment to embrace individual and collective changes within their cohort and communities.
IMPACT | MONTHLY MENTORSHIP CLUB
After delaying the launch of this initiative due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Monthly Mentorship Club was finally launched in February 2022 and concluded in 2023.

OVERSEAS | FUTURE LEADERS STUDY ABROAD
After successfully being inducted into the Future Leaders Programme, Future Leaders gain access to our overseas partnerships, which offer the opportunity to study abroad, undertake cultural exploration and further skills development internationally.
