Future Leaders Bermuda is a registered non-profit in Bermuda. Since our founding, we’ve focused on transparency, ethical leadership, and making sure our work stands up to public trust.
As a grassroots organisation led by young people and supported by our community, we’re constantly learning, adapting, and building systems that reflect who we are and who we serve.

As Future Leaders scales its impact, so does our commitment to accountability.

As part of our Expansion Strategy, in 2025 we took the natural next step of formalizing our leadership framework by adopting a Board Trustee structure.
Building on the foundation of our long-standing leadership committee, this shift introduced defined roles and enhanced internal protocols to to ensure our charity grows sustainably and responsibly.
